Parish Centre Update
The plans for our new Parish Centre have been submitted for full planning permission with the relevant statutory authorities. Concept drawings of the project are now in the porch. Planning should take somewhere in the region of 4 months. Our Architect has made two applications – one to the planners for the new hall and another to NIEA for listed building consent. In terms of gaining planning approval, the best-case scenario is between 10 – 12 weeks - worst-case 8 months from the date of application.
